I am after a spread sheet where i can type in what i owe the interest rates and it will work out how much each month i will be paying off on minimum payments + if i was to pay back an extra £100 here and there?

I dont have a spreadsheet for you but if you go on this site: http://www.whatsthecost.com/creditcard.aspx you can do exactly what you're asking for, you put in the debt, the interest and minimum payment as a percentage and then it will tell you how long it would take to pay off if you overpaid by x-amount.
