Does anyone know a place where I can get 1997 Ford KA replacement keys for less than £150.00??? 
I am in the Hertfordshire area.

Ebay? Scrap yard?
If you have the red key (i think they were red back then) you can programme it to your immobiliser.
Have a goggle for the process but it is usually something like "turn ignition on and off 3 times quickly so the flashing light in the clock stays on or flashes back at you a sequence - then insert the new key and do something or other and it will be coded"
A key cutter might then be able to copy the manual part of the operation and insert it into the newly bought key.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

Ford Dealer price - non PATS key about £6, PATS key about £12
only if it's got remote control (doubtful for a Ka), or you want one with a built in torch will it be more expensive.
If you have PATS & haven't got a master/reprogramming key, then it will be expensive ... but just for a replacement key, as above
