Although the SAs have varying reactions, Need a break, the 500 points coupon, with 2 skinnies and 2 items does go through without a sound.
As with all glitches, the SA may be absolutely thrilled for you, surprised, or unco-operative, but they definitely go through, whereas, as I mentioned in the opening post, it just won't work on SS tills.
Minimoneyme was successful yesterday, but I don't know if she printed her coupons earlier in the current "coupon period". It may be that the coupons aren't being issued any longer from the ACM, but anyone who printed them earlier, and kept them, is laughing! HTH

Am dying to try the Olay Ole but I can't seem to make a go of this Bootsing lark...never get the good vouchers from ACM, can't concentrate on what I'm doing as always have baby and OH with me and last time ended up in A&E after OH banged the baby's head with the basket:eek:
I think the moral of the story is go Bootsing ALONE...Laughing at my ancient signature...voodoobaby now 10 years old:eek:0 -

Whenever I pass one! Different branches have varying Clearance items, so you might find an item in one branch that is a fraction of the price in another. A friend of mine got some suncream, that was reduced to 20p, they had 5 tubes left, and 5 miles down the road, it was still £5.99!! :T Nearly £30 worth of stuff for £1!
It's the same with the vouchers that come from the Advantage Card Machine. You can go into a branch, put your card in, and find you've got nothing that you want, then try the adjacent machine, and get some "good" coupons! That's why it's worth persevering to try to get the Olay 500 points voucher, right up until next Tuesday.
And it's also worth printing off in the early part of the Voucher Period (the new one starts a week today, 12th August, and will probably expire on 8th September), just in case someone discovers a glitch a couple of weeks later.
I'm lucky that I can be at Liverpool Street within about half an hour from leaving home, and there are about 100 branches in London! And yes, thanks to my Freedom Pass, which means no bus or train fares, I've visited most of them!
MSE has been wonderful for me. :T I can get cheap theatre tickets, 2 for 1 meals galore, £1 coach and train trips to places as far away as Exeter, slash my shopping bills, thanks to the posters who advise about grocery deals at the supermarkets, and I've lowered the cost of gas and electricty, to name just a few.
But I've had the most fun with the Boots bargains and glitches, and the wonderful helpful people who posted on the old Boots Grabbit board, and who I hope will now make individual posts about items. Items can be purchased for next to nothing, or greatly discounted, and make super Birthday and Christmas gifts. I often put half a dozen bits in a bag as a "Cheer Up" pressie - a lot cheaper than flowers!
But I don't think I've ever got a profit of £75 so quickly, thanks to leat88 :A who found this wonderful glitch. Hope you enjoy Bootsing.
