Can't believe the increase on OH's car insurance annual payment.
We joined In Tune, a combined LV and Age Concern insurance scheme 2 years ago with a very good quote for car insurance. I expected it to be like others and increase rapidly after the first year. Well last year it rose by 5% but still cheaper than anything else on the comparison sites.
This year it has increased by the sum of £4 on the basic insurance and decreased by £1 on the breakdown cover. I've never seen such a small increase. The comparison sites also show the car insurance to be well under other quotes.
(OH is 79)
Note: they specialise in small cheaper cars (ours is Honda Jazz) but are very uncompetitive for more expensive, high powered cars.
