Hey,
I have a mint card limit £2650 - i kept up with the monthly mimiumu payment they increases the apr etc and then I couldn't afford the minimum payments so i offered £35 a month and asked to freeze the interest. Didn't hear from them for 2 months so paid the £35. last month i recieved a default notice so i wrote to them again, saying i wasn't trying to get out of paying my account but just wanted a lower payment i also asked for a copy of my terms and conditions - i then recieved a letter saying my account had been terminated they wanted full payment within 14 days or it was going to a debt collector. I rewrote saying i didn't think they could do this when i was still disputing things and again asked for a copy of my terms and conditions. I recieved a letter today saying they had recieved my letter and for a period of 6 months i can pay the £35. Still no T&C's - am i right in think if they can't supply these i do not even have to pay them at all?.
Thanks
