It tells you your bank details when you logon (they are just hidden away !). Logon and go to the 'Make a desposit' link on your account and it displays the bank sort code, account no. and ref number.
I just did a one off withdrawal from my Cahoot to Birmingham Midshires.0 -

I'm annoyed they didn't include it in the letter and can't find it anywhere on the website. I'll have to try again just before 8pm when it's quieter.
If you look under 'Make a Deposit' within your Birmingham Midshires account you'll find the sort code, account number and reference number to use. From my £1 test last week it took 4 days (Mon to Thurs) to transfer from Cahoot to B Midshires.0 -
Thanks for that Macce and oramgepekoe, job done. I must say the downside to Birmingham Midshires has to be the long waiting on the 0845 number. I hope I never have to reset my password0

Sorry, not true, I have used it on several occassions without problems, I used it about 2 weeks ago to open the telephone premier account, maybe it depends who you get to talk to as when you request a call back the system does not know what you want.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
The service I am experirencing is rather poor. I have got through twice to them on the phone and the person answering was unable to help me on both occasions.
The problem has occured with my account twice (says have to 'reinstate' it). First time it was fixed and now it has occured again !
I am finding it almost impossible to get my phone call answered, when the person does answer they said they cant do anything and will call me back. To me it seems the BM internet account team is pretty non existant !0 -
Portman BS is doing a branch based 5% 90 days notice saving account at the moment.
