I am proposing to build new desktop computer.
The total purchese price of the components is £595.
Firstly does anyone know if a ready made computer is available with this spec
and cheaper also have I missed any components out.
The spec., is as follows:-
Silver/Back Midi Tower 450W ATX
Athlon 64 3200 processor
MSI K8 Neo 4 motherboard
1Gb DDr 400 Memory
Sapphire X300SE 256MB Hypermemory Graphics Card
NEC 16X Bare DVD/RW
Mitsuni 1.44 Internal Foppy
Maxtor 200GB Sata/150 Hard Drive
Microsoft OEM Windows XP Professional Edition Operating System
MJ7C 17" Flat Screen Monitor
Logitech OEM Speaker S200 2.1 Stereo Black Silver

Sounds good to me, although presuming you have the bascis like mouse, keyboard etc.
For ready made PC's you will never be able to beat the quality of a custom built pc especially for the same price, they have similar stats but use cheap components.
Also you may want to consider a case fan or two (unless your case comes with them). I don't know where your going to buy it from, but i recommend microdirect.com0 -
I have been looking at Ebyer and Misco.0

epox 9npa+ ultra/sli might be a better choice of board, quite cheap too, i got my ultra for £66 from komplett.
make sure you get 2 x 512mb so you are using dual channel memory too0
