Hardship due to credit cards

in Credit cards
I have been in touch with CCSB, CAB, payplan etc trying to get out of financial trouble due to interest charges etc on credit cards. as we are in a negative (more money going out than coming in) they are unable to help. is there any suggestions that anyone can give please.
Also is there any help available with things like council tax, tax credits as son on?
