I did my christmas shopping for 09 on christmas day of 08!! I have almost all xmas pressies bought with the exception of my OH's present which is going to be paid for thanks to clubcard deals. I also have most of next year's b day pressies sorted too. You never know when you are going to spot something someone will like!

SNAP:rotfl: just some home made goodies to make nearer to xmas and I am done thanks to xmas boots sale, no 7 vouchers, boots gifts with purchase items, points, sales, etc, even have all the cards, wrapping, crackers, gift bags etc from sales before xmas 08.:o

I'm nearly done for Christmas too...

Today is payday and I have been an utterly atrocious DFW. :o

    1) I did an Approved Food order late last night, whish is quite DFW I suppose.
    2) Went to work.
    3) Packed lunches all round.
    4) Cleaned using stardrops.
    5) Cut MOCs out of local free paper.
    6) My niece has come to stay which is good entertainment for T and B.

    But...
    1) I also accidentally let £37 of Boden sale stuff fall into my online shopping cart and bought it.
    3) We are going to the local Wetherspoons for dinner. ( I had planned on pizza but my niece doesn't like it.)

Hope your son is recovering from his injury Jag Babe - poor thing x

    See you tomorrow

    Those naughty shopping carts!!

I am about a third through my Christmas shopping and have several homemade projects on the go.

I did get all my wrapping paper and cards in the sales and all of the Birthday presents for the full year, they are all wrapped up in Pips room under his cot.

Glad its not just me thats a bit of an organised for Christmas freak!!

just back from my day out at Elie.

    - filled up petrol at supermarket to get points and it would cost a little less
    - took packed lunch (and also got some extra food at Elie)
    - only bought a bottle of water
    - picked up some extra stuff for dds birthday bbq on Sun free from elie summer camp
    - unwrap freebies which came through door (dove sample and some tea bags. DHL had a parcel but dont know what it is)

Thats all done for me. Dog was sick in car on way home so gonna chill for a few mins then go clear it.

    Hello everybody!

I've popped back in to say 'hi' again as you made me feel so welcome the other night!

I've had a productive DFW day today.

    - Scratchies - 10p & 25p
    - Withdrew the £10 I won on free bingo last night :j
    - Used a 5p / litre off voucher at the petrol station
    - Finally hit the £40 on onepoll so put in the request to withdraw. Only took 7 months to get that far....
    - Someone made me a cuppa at the office I visited today, so didn't have to buy a horrible machine one
    - Storecupboard dinner
    - Filled in my monthly expenses ready to send off tomorrow

    Pay day tomorrow. :T

Can't believe you're all so organised and thinking about Christmas already! I'm terrible for that and end up panic shopping the weekend before. Maybe I'll start earlier this year!

Well my mum has just brought me 6 courgettes, and a huge cauli from her garden and I just harvested 10kg of spuds from my growing bags so preparing for the freezer is in order tonight I think;) I love it when the produce starts rolling in after waiting ages for it to grow.:j

I love courgettes - they're ridiculously tasty (and terribly unhealthy) deep fried as fritters.

Today was a gentle one for me on the DFW front. I had a NSD and got a £50 cheque in the post from Dooyoo which for the first time ever I'm not even vaguely tempted to spend on c***.

I also had a successful day for future DFW'ism as a transfer of a small private pension pot (~£4000) has gone through into my civil service scheme and has bought me £622 a year for life. Sometimes I feel very sad about being a 26 year old who's really into pensions, but then I remember the fact that with any luck I'll not have to work 'til I'm 75!
