Why are many private sellers reluctant to post abroad?!

Sent loads of stuff abroad - US, Canada, Brazil, Australia, France, Germany, Finland, Italy & Spain. Never had a complaint about postage rates (I generally just double my UK rate) and only had one item to Italy "go missing", which is really no worse a hit rate than the UK.
There are parts of the UK that I am more nervous about posting to !
Standard RM proof of posting insures you to £39 - they paid my claim in full without trouble.0 -
I`ve had 2 requests today about shipping to Malaysia from different buyers with 0% feedback - dosen`t look very good to me !0

I've had too many no paying bidders from abroad. I cant be bothered with the hassle
ANGSTDATA - ignore them. Don't ship out there, In my experience you wont get payment or they'll whinge about the cost of posting.0
