what the hell is going on?

Hi, Quick facts:

• Started teaching course in Sept 08
• Left in March 2009 due to bereavement
• Informed SLC/LA immediately by change of circ form
• Got April payment for summer term
• Phoned immediately, had not received letter, told to send another change of circumstance form
• July - rang LA as no request for overpayment back, told they would sort it and said me a new payment schedule detailing if i owed anything back.
• Starting course again in Sept 09
• Now received a letter today to inform me I have been underpaid and am owed £30 in next few days

What the hell!!!!:think: Any ideas????????

suggest you ring them asap to see what is going on or this will drag on for ages.

Definitely ring the SLC and your LA! Can you record phone conversations on your phone? If you can I'd say to do that, just so you've got some proof that you have tried to sort the matter out in case they carry on mucking up and then blame you!
