Wessex water in bristol.

On 2 occasions needed them out. Their CS has been VERY helpful and EXTREMLEY polite. Had to replace a broken drain. Turned up promptly at scheduled time and date. Fixed cover FOC and were gone within a hour. Also cleared a drain at another point. Both chaps very courteus.

BnQ in Bristol.

Refunded a bag of own brand goods even though used and couldnt prove it was used ( just brought receipt with me ) but product failed.

Replaced a dodgy light bulb that was 9 weeks old without fuss.

GOOD SHOW TO BOTH - CREDIT WHERE ITS DUE!

So they were polite and turned up when they said.
Isn't that what you expect or has this country gone so far to the dogs that when someone turns up when they say it is worthy of praise?
