switching from n-power to edf

iam currenty on dual fuel with npower sign on-line 15 payind direct debit monthly,but a better deal out now is edf's on-line 5.I can get a £40 cashback with cashback kings,but has anyone had any problems with edf and should i cap

  • Have been with EDF twice over the past 3 years. Customer service is pretty good with UK based call centres and an 0800 freephone call line.

    Am with them now and can report no problems.

    Cannot advise on fixed rate aspect as no personal experience but would be inclined NOT to fix into such a deal at the moment. My gut feel is that prices should be dropping rather than rising. Hell, they should have dropped months ago.
