DHL agent WH Smith completely useless

I had a packet of irreplaceable documents to send to Bangkok. Looked up nearest DHL agent - WH Smith in Hastings. Telephoned them to check they were agents and could do Bangkok, and asked what I had to bring apart from the package of documents and the address. Got there the next day - needed email address of recipient which I did not have (but got after some tense phone calls, queue building up behind me) and filled out a long form. ONE HOUR LATER, the "trained" DHL agent admitted she could not get the system to work, and she had to leave now because she might get a parking ticket. No-one else at WH Smiths was "trained". By the way, at one point she said Bangkok was not a DHL delivery area - I asked her to look it up under Thailand. I was unfailingly polite and so was she, but the fact is, it did not happen. I left WH Smith practically in tears. She was almost as upset as I was. How can they claim that they are agents for DHL but they do not have the staff and equipment to actually accept your parcel and send it there? IF they had sent it, the price would have been £125 which I was prepared for, but the fact is, they could NOT do it.
