Or bounce them back as undelivered.

Bounce back unwanted e-mails so the sender gets a 'User does not exist' bounced email back, thus making it look as if your email address is not valid. Great for letting someone you don't like (eg. ex-girlfriend/ex-boyfriend/annoying newsletter senders) think your email address doesn't exist anymore and that you're no longer contactable.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

right, I've passed that mailwasher on thanks Fermi, this is the body of the letter she sent:
RE: Harassment by telephone, email and doorstep visits
Account Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I am writing in relation to the quantity and frequency of telephone calls and emails that I have received from your company, which I deem to be personally harassing.
I have verbally requested that these stop, but I am still receiving calls and emails. I now require all further correspondence from your company to be made in writing via the postal service only.
I am of the view that your continued harassment of me by telephone puts you in The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
If you continue to harass me by telephone, you will also be in breach of the Communications Act (2003) s.127 and I will report you to OFCOM, Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading, meaning that you will be liable to a substantial fine.
Please treat this also as a formal complaint, and send me a copy of your company complaints procedure.
Be advised that any further telephone calls from your company will be recorded.
Furthermore, should it be your intention to arrange a “doorstep call”, please be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make such an appointment with you.
There is only an implied license under English Common Law for people to be able to visit me on my property without express permission; the postman and people asking for directions etc (Armstrong v Sheppard & Short Ltd [1959] 2 QB 384
. per Lord Evershed M.R.).
Therefore take note that I revoke license under Common Law for you, or your representatives to visit me at my property and, if you do so, you will be liable to damages for a tort of trespass and action will be taken, including but not limited to, police attendance.
Yours faithfully,
So, being as they sent her a "reduced" offer, does she ask for a CCA? and does the contact breach what was sent in the letter???
Thanks for the help (and laughs) guys.

Some wag at the other end is playing on the fact that she refers to telephone calls and e-mails at the beginning of the letter and only refers to phone calls further down the letter.
Send them a CCA letter ASAP as MBNA are not the best at producing them.
I assume that she has a default letter from them. Can you get that scanned and posted up? it may be faulty as well.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Right, I'll get her to send me any default letter she has and will get it scanned on here for you.
They're a bunch of arrogant bar stewards aren't they?
Should she resend the letter worded a little more carefully regarding emails RAS? I'm sorting her out a CCA letter now.I am one of the 63336.'It is better to have lived one day as a tiger than a thousand years as a sheep.'
