Sound Insulation - Soundcel

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking at ways to add sound insulation in a flat I just bought without the time, mess and expense of taking the ceiling down.

At the moment the only product I can see to do this is Soundcel from Excel which is basically high density flame retardent cellulose (recycled paper) that is blown into the expanse between floors through 25mm holes.

It looks good in theory but has anyone used it or have any other suggestions?

(I know the best solution is resilient bars, acoustic sealant, Acoustic mineral wool etc etc but I have niether the ceiling height, time or money to do that)
