I know this is very early but just wanted to mention it while I can. I'm not going to be around much next week and will be away when the new thread needs to start so can someone else take over for September please? ta

I am happy to do another month if you want Purpleroses

I'm so pleased that the shopping.com thing paid out - had me worried for a while there that I had posted a duff idea

FairyShazza - if those prizes are things you would have bought anyway I would add them but I wouldn't otherwise as its not money made or saved that you can put towards anything or pay off debts with. BUT its up to you as everyone else does it how they want to

    Today I have made:
    20p, £3.82 and £6.89 on Amazon
    47p on Play.com
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

Thanks Jesa! Have you sent off your deposit yet....

The shopping thing is still running. it's up to 6500 reviews and its ongoing until 10,000 reviews. Think I might give it a go tonight.

Hi all, today I have made the grand total of £3.50 in the form of tesco clubcard vouchers, I probably will use them on a deal but I've added at single value at the mo,also a whopping 9p interest on a savings account.

I haven't been able to get to the bank today to get a cheque from my savings account. Will try and go tomorrow - I never seem to get time even during lunch break as I usually work through because we have so much work to do

Just having a quick spin on BP slots then going to do some ebaying this evening. I have quite a few watchers on the things I have listed and have had a good sale on Amazon this evening too :j

Just got back from a few days away at the seaside. A couple of bits to add - Amazon £6.91 & 53p British Gas VAT refund - which pales into insignificance compared with the money I've spent over the last few days.

  • I've made £21.69 today! £7.70 saved with my Railcard and £13.29 from eBay plus the usual 20 and 30p from scratchies and surveys on OnePoll. On eBay I sold 2 old new agey magazines for a fiver so pleased with that as I was thinking of just chucking them. Also have just been selling necklaces that I've bought for £1 or £2 from Primark and never worn which is great cos I can just pop em in an envelope and put them in the postbox.

Bit behind schedule this month - forgot to sign up to the challenge. Like previous months I'm going for £5 per day. So far this month I've received:

    Quido £0.93
    Rpoints £1.11
    OpinionWorld - £3.00
    Getpoundsback - £17.52
Quanti - £47.74 (over £22 of this was comp wins):j
    Total so far = £70.30

I've just set up a twitter page to try and increase the amount of traffic going to my website to try and raise some extra funds.
  • Evening!! I've made £42.03 today by doing 4.5 hours overtime! A little bit peed off as I only started my job over a week ago, and I am on salary so worked out my hourly rate and discovered yesterday that I had worked it out wrong - doh! which means my earnings in this challenge for the past few days have been incorrect!! So below i'm going to post a revised list of my earnings!

    Day 13: 8 hours over time at work = [STRIKE]£78.48[/STRIKE] £74.72
    Day 14: 1.5 hours over time at work = [STRIKE]£14.71[/STRIKE] £14.01
Day 15: Parked on outskirts of town rather than car park, received a new top and bottles of moisturiser from sister = £11.20
Day 16: Standby at work, exchanged £20 gift voucher for cash = £37
Day 17: 4.5 hours over time at work = £42.03
:j6 debts cleared since joining MSE:j
 Remaining debts... Very / Halifax Loan/ A&L / Virgin cc / Lloyds / Sister
