morning all me and the kids just woke up naughty naughty. i plan to comp loads today
i hope everyone is ok and has good luck today
Scruples i hope everything is ok i left one code to use and it expired i phoned up play.com and they said they would refund my order i did mention few other people were having problems with them being expired

Once I'd stopped blubbing, I got on my high horse, thought I'm not standing for this and rang PLAY back ready for a battle

Anyway I spoke to a very nice woman who apologised for her collegues snotty attitude towards me

anyway apparently it was "my own protection" because I hadn't used my play acc for a while then all of a sudden theres a lot of 'free' orders they thought someone had got hold of my details

anyways my account has been reinstated (i havent checked yet) everything I had ordered which they cancelled has been reordered

stuff the expired vouchers I'm not interested in even trying to get them back I don't need headaches like this lol
