I got the voting pack and have voted YES in June.
Then I got a letter reminding me to vote in July.
Today I get an e mail, reminding me to vote, "time is running out".
So I phone to confirm they have recoreded my vote, to be told
What a pain. A complete waste of time and money with no regard for the confusion that this scatter gun approach would cause.

Yes we have received your vote and ignore the letter. They were sent to everyone.

The letter and e mail both had stern warnings "time is running out, if you don't submit your vote by August 21st you will miss out". I hope you understand how anxious I felt, as I do not want to miss out on what will be a substantial payment.
They have a database of eligeable policy holders and a database of the those who have voted. How hard could it be to link these so that reminders are sent only to those who have not voted? They have had quite a while to prepare"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
