late getaway

Hi all been trailing the late deals for a late getaway,have notice a big jump in price this year from last same holiday last year in Alcudia was £1400 A/I for 10 days this year over £2K
i thought everyone was staying at home this year.So looking for 2 adaults 2kids aged 5 and 8 at time of travel to maybe Majorca,Minorca,Greece,or maybe even Malta for 7 or 10 days from 15th august onwards,we are pretty flexible as to destination aslong as it's is a family resort,can flying from any midlands or stanstead.Have a budget of £1500.
If anyone has seen anything of interest,would be very gratefull,:beer:

Yes, icelolly definitely, you can choose to select all destinations and a choice of 3 departure airports, some real bargains just check the accommodation on tripadvisor before you confirm.Vanquis- Limit £1250, balance £0
Capital One Classic- Limit £800, balance £0
Natwest Current Account- £800 OD limit, approx £600 OD
Loan- £3300, will be paid off by Dec 09
Student Loan- paid off Dec 09 (That's £150 a month extra! Woohoo)
Empire Catalogue Account- £750 limit, balance £300 -
