Bank Charges reclaim, need advice

Hi Everyone,
I started my reclaiming my bank charges from Lloyds TSB in April 2007, they responded to me with their bog standard letter stating that they felt that their charges were fair and the usual "not our problem" answer. They responded on 10 May 2007 and gave me until 5th July 2007 to respond otherwise they would close my case although it could be opened at any time.

I did not respond because the computer I wrote the original letter on crashed and I didn't have a hard copy of it (mores the pity) as so I left it, and I have been meaning to get back on to it for some time. The amount of money I could reclaim at the time was just under £5,000 and I would like to try and reclaim again. What I don't know is if I can just pick up from where I left off or if I need to start the claim all over again.

Since 2007 I have had some appalling charges levied on me by the bank, so do I claim from when I first wrote to them or do I claim from now? I really don't know what to do. I do know that I want to reclaim my charges get rid of the overdraft that they are killing me on and move on.

Please can someone give me a little advice as to where from go from here.

Thank you all in advance
