I have ignored the letters as per advice on this and other boards. I am on the "Notice Prior to County Court Proceedings " one.:rolleyes: They are going to get baillifs allegedly, which will be a bit hard as they can't get past Hadrian's wall.:D

Any idea when they stop? I think I am on my 4th now.

Another "final warning", followed by a "final, final warning" should do it.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

LOL-thanks bargepole. I was originally going to write to them and get me to supply a copy of their contract that proves that they have the right to issue these notices, and the "alleged " evidence that the car was even there in the first place, but after reading here and other forums, I decided not to waste my time, paper, ink and stamps.:rotfl::rotfl:

I shall however be prepared, if they bother to take me to court.:D
