Reclaiming bank charges - case on hold!

I submitted a claim to RBS in October 2007 (with interest up to that date) and my case has been on hold ever since. Does anyone know if I will be able to claim bank charges incurred after the date my claim went in should the banks be forced to pay out? Thanks

Yes absolutely, if you have the original claim reference number then send them an updated charges list including the new charges/

Hi.

Like the post above, I too have a claim 'sitting'. It is with A & L. We no longer have an account with them so do not have any further charges to add but will we be entitled to add the additional interest (going by the number of days since claim) to the claim once this is all sorted? Thanks

filed for hardship claim 2 weeks ago from local bank, got letter today notifying me that they have refunded almost £1000 in charges and frozen charges for 4 months:j

Thank you! Since in Scotland you can only claim back 5 years, will it cancel out the first 2 years i've already claimed for if I put in a claim for the last 2 years that it's been on hold?

No it won't. The FSA rules extend to Scotland and the FSA have put a stop on limitations for complaints with the bank so you can claim to July 2001 whatever now
