Question about re-claming from Lloyds

Hi All,
I have been lurking on these forums for a while now and have decided its time to make myself known!! (And cos I need your help and advice!)
I am considering trying to re-claim bank charges from Lloyds TSB (im sure I must be owed at least £1,000!), the only thing at the moment that is stopping me starting the process is that between me and my husband we have 3 accounts with them (all with overdrafts), a loan and a credit card. I am worried that if I send my claim to Lloyds they will close all our accounts down and ask us to pay back the loan, credit card and overdrafts which we wouldn't be able to do (they amount to approx £10,000!!!!).
Has anyone else been in this situation and can give some advice? Would we also be able to claim for charges on all 3 accounts at the same time or would it have to be done as individual claims? I am hoping that we might be considered "in hardship" as we have a lot of debt and are only just keeping our heads above water.
Thanks in advance!!!

Personally I would go after the credit card charges firstly cos there is no hold on them. Then I would go after bank charges and yes you can do all 3 accounts together. For financial hardship you need the financial hardship letter from the site, an income and expenditure form and copies of priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent council tax , utilities). They cannot ask for the loan back or shut down your accounts just because you are reclaiming charges.0 -
Thanks so much for your advice!0
