Hi there,
I put my claim in for unfair bank charges over 2 years ago and recieved a letter back saying it is on hold - had nothing since. Am I still in the que? do I just have to wait unless I am in financial hardship?
Thanks any advice appreciated.

Yes. Its the only way you'll be able to claim any money now. All banks have the permission to put any claims or complaints relating to the bank charges on hold. Only those who can prove they are in financial hardship will be able to be put to the front.0
