Copy of neighbours deeds?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows if I can get a copy of the deeds for a neighbouring house from the land registry?
Unfortunately we are having a problem with the shared access to our house namely our new neighbours keep parking on it - our solicitor has provided a copy of our deeds which state that the land should be kept free and open to allow free access over it at all times, I just would like to double check that theirs say the same thing!
We have tried speaking to them but all we get is verbal abuse and personal insults.
We have learnt a lesson never to buy a house with shared access!
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Sorry would you be able to give me a link?
All I could see said was for the title holder info wasn't sure if that was just going to give me the name and price paid?
Thank you0 -
You won't necessarily get deeds from the Land Reg, but you will get a list of important rights and duties between different properties.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Click on "Find a property" at the very top of the screen, then input the relevant address or postcode details.
The document you want is the Title register, which will cost £4.0 -
Thanks all :beer:0
