MBNA to MBNA Transfer

I am guessing not, but was wondering if anyone knew of a way I could transfer a balance from an A&L CC (MNBA) to a 0% Virgin (also MBNA) without having to transfer to anther card and incur two lots of balance transfer fees?

SBT to current account then pay via card to A&L?

...but it'll cost you a 4% 'money transfer' fee, not the usual 2.98% BT fee.
