in Credit cards
Hi all
I am a first time forum user today. I will be brief, I successfully reclaimed £4500 for the RBS about 3 years ago. In May this year I declared myself bankrupt, for many reasons, one of which was credit card debts, and a lot of the debt was unfair charges. I was wondering if anyone knows whether I can still try to reclaim unfair credit card charges, having declared myself bankrupt? many thanks in advance

Worth a go but don;t think you'll get much joy as part of B/R was the cessation of the old debts therefore meaning they have no right to claim and nor do you.2010 - year of the troll

If those credit cards were not included in the bankruptcy, the OR could re-claim and distribute the sum among your creditors.
Any monies outstanding to you, prior to your bankruptcy in March, will have to go to the OR.
As the cards were probably included in the bankruptcy, it’s all water under the bridge.0
