Is it possible to cancel payment protection on a credit card?

From what I understand from my terms and conditions, you can cancel within 30 days and receive a refund of any premiums paid.
If you cancel after 30 days, you won't get a refund but it should be cancelled.You have to let them know in writing, because they seem to pay no attention over the phone!!!
However thats all with abbeyWealth is not measured by currency0
