Barclays Reply to PPI Complaint with £15!

Barclays last night responded to my complaint about being misold PPI saying they have looked into it and upheld the complaint and the matter is now closed. They have sent me a cheque for £15 to cover any phone calls and postage!!
Should I now refer this to the financial ombudsman and also what should I do with the cheque??
