I nearly fell of my chair and died laughing last week, which would not have been very good considering Id just been refused life insurance due to to my age, and weight etc... Some insurers do reward healthy lifestyles. It is possible to get discounted premiums as well as discounted gym membership for looking after your health. Both PruProtect and PruHealth offer this.
