Disabled bus/train fares in Northern Ireland

Hi Guys

Hope you are all well. Was just wondering if anyone would know if there is a disabled rate for bus/train fares in Northern Ireland? I have tried looking online but so far have came up with a big fat nothing!

Im not even sure if I would be entitled. I have Rheumaoid Arthritis and have been awarded Middle rate care but do not receive any mobility. I can drive but as a result of my medication (think it might be my injections) I do suffer from extreme tiredness. When I am having a 'bad day' its not safe for me to drive.

If anyone can offer me any advice or point me in the right direction it would be great

Thanks
