Evening people,
I just wanted to have a rant really! so apologies in advance. - I have recently listed lots of dvd's to clear out the bulging shelves, a buyer bought one on BIN on 12/7, completed checkout to advise payment will be sent shortly, several reminders later and still no communication, so last night I opened a NPB case, the responded today to say
"I am very sorry. I never meant to buy this item. I was browsing and did not realise. I'm trully sorry
but I will not be paying for this item. Could you please delete and forget it. I am trully sorry."
Now I find it rather difficult to see how one can only be browsing and yet still manage to complete checkout?! - so i replied to this effect, to get the following response -
"I am very sorry. And I thought by putting payment sent you would realise, I had made a mistake. I trully am sorry about this."
Really??! Surely there should be some sort of intellect test before you can open an ebay account?!
yours disparingly...

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
