I got a reply from tsb and they said they couldnt give a run down of all costs incurred by them as it was difficult to break down admin costs. Is this right or are they just talking the usuallt speil?

Bank charges or credit card charges?
Was that from the first letter for reclaiming the charges?0 -
This is for bank charges. No it wasnt the first - I offered them to pay £100 of my bank balance as due to their repeated charges I am overdrawn and they put an OD in place but cant afford it so offered them 100 quid which they refused!

Ask them to send you a financial hardship closure letter outlining why they do not believe you to be in financial hardship.0
