Barclaycard claim they have not received payment!

Hi credit card savvy people. I hope you can help me with this, as I am worried I am going to get slammed with interest, late payment costs and a black mark on my credit score! :o This months bill was payment due date the 27th July and pay at a bank by the 22nd July, which I always adhere to and set up in advance to go…

Update, as I am always nagging other posters to do the same!

I now have a £12.00 late payment and £20.27 interest on my account, so £32.27 to pay on my August statement when it arrives soon.

This may not seem like a great deal to some, but as someone who has always paid off in full, and on the dates requested, I am well hacked off! :mad:

I have now decided to get rid of my Barclaycard. The relief...........:D
