    am i right in thinking that the first thing you have to do is register for a 2009 grotto account - coz that's what I'm waiting for. It's doing everything it's supposed to it's just really slow.

    i can't get logged in..is the grotto account the same as the privelage card account

    Yes, it's £5 per booking not per ticket.

    Yes, you need to register for a grotto account first and then you go on to select your date and time.

    Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

    I asssume so - altho I pre-registered for my account earlier today to "speed things up" but it refused to accept my details and went back to the service unavaulbale message. will try to set up account agin when (if!) it lets me back in

    No, you need to create a grotto account. You enter your priviledge account details on the payment page.

    Yes its the same as the rewards account, if you try and register with the same email addy it says your already registered

    No it isnt. You have to register for the Grotto 2009 account first. It will ask for the privelage card no later
