Dell Inspiron 1300-Cheap way to renew McAfee

Options
I took advantage of the recent Dell Inspiron 1300 offer and am very pleased with it except that the pre-installed McAfee Security Suite 2006 is only a trial for 60 days and will cost £45 to renew for a year.

However, at 7dayshop.com they've got it for £8.49 inc. VAT. Do you think it would be ok to buy this copy and simply load over the top of the old one and that way save a fortune?

you wont need to install over the top all you would need to do is type in the product code that you get with it,at the end of your frr trial. this is all that mcafee is interested in proving you have a legitimate version
