Are there any concessions for the disabled when it comes to paying for an anual TV licence ?

As far as i know the only concession is if your are registered blind.
sorrymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

only for the blind ! which i think deaf people should get help !the truth is out there ... on these pages !!0

As other's have mentioned, only the blind get a concession. The only way to get a concession if you are not blind is reach the grand old age of 75 as people over this age don't have to pay for the tv licence.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
