Thats the thing, Im pretty sure the extra security thing came up. I did defo have enough funds, Im on the brink of my overdraft, but have enough for that, plus its let me go over in the past, then charged me GRR.
Ive told them to collect the stuff, close the acct, and that Im not paying, have written a stinking email to them also.0 -
Good for you, that's the spirit.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Yay, I got a phonecall from Vertbaudet, and they have removed all the charges, wooo, one less thing to worry about! Will never order with them again!0

Hello Acon,
Well done to you for posting your SOA.
You are in a difficult situation but you can do it if you really want to.
When is the baby due? How old are the other children.
Why not get hubby to phone mobile phone company and tell them you have no money (true) and tell them they better do something as you can not pay next months £35. see what happens. You have to make them believe you.
Start a spending diary TODAY to find out exactly where you money goes. Knowledge is power.
What is the other insurance.?
If you want to sort this you have to make some sacrifices.
Good Luck
Another way of using a spending diary is to allocate a weekly amount to yourself per week, from your budget after all essentials have been deducted. Using receipts, deduct as you spend through the week. Try to get to the end of the week leaving some over to carry forward to the next week. This has the effect of keeping your overdraft down and avoids overspend.0 -

Should have something in these.
It may be worthwhile keeping a spending diary so that you can see exactly where all your money is going and allows you to budget more easily, finding cheaper alternatives or cutting back on unnecessary items.0
