If you have spare eggs, you can make egg fried rice with it. Or you can freeze them ( out of the shells:D) for fries rice later, in this I usually throw in some frozen peas, and finely chopped spring onions.

You can also make spansh omelette with some of the onion;/ garlic/ potatoes - add whatever you want some of the cooked chicken/ cooked ham/ bacon/ mushrooms, anything this is realy filling for a lunch or cut into small cubes for kids to take in lunchbox if they do?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
  • Make flapjack with the porridge, syrup, sugar (you will need some butter for this too)
Marry up your sausages in the freezer with sausage casserole mix + onion, carrot
Same idea with chicken breats in freezer + chicken casserole mix
I second the spanish omelette idea - delicious, even my fussy toddler eats it!
Toddler bathtime calls, will be back with more ideas later

  • Meatballs made out of the pork mince with tomato sauce (tinned toms, onion, garlic), serve with pasta. Cheese lovers can have grated cheese on top then pop under the grill.

For non-pizza lovers, you could try a calzone instead. Make up a dough as if for a pizza base and roll into a circle. Put filling on one half on base (eg bolognese sauce, left over cooked meat, anything you've got hanging around really!). Fold over into a half moon shape (should resemble a cornish pasty), brush with a little oil and bake as for pizza.

I keep thinking of something Chinesey when I see pork belly strips on the list, but can't really supply a recipe (sorry).

You have enough meat there for more than a month and masses of flavourings for stew, casseroles, pasta toppings and curries.

It looks like you may need more fillers (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice etc).

However, you have quite a lot of flour, so pastry, cakes, crumbles scones and muffins are on the cards. A

lso frostie cakes, flapjack, bananas and custard, milk jellies, curd or jam tarts and rice puddings from the other ingredients.

I think you've got everything you need except yoghurt. :)
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

If nobody will eat the strawberry jam because of the lumps of fruit, you could heat it in a pan to make it more runny, then either use a blender or push it through a sieve. Then freeze in icecube trays and use in rice pudding or porridge.
