Just a thought if nervous about being put on the spot. Have a lok at the debts in SOA tonight , get a pad and just write a few notes about each one, when it was, how msc it originally was, how it was spent etc, its helpfull to get it all now then when on the spot tomorrowHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Have a glass of water with you, for those dry mouth moments. Answer the questions as honestly and concisely as possible, answer the question asked and don't elaborate. There will be silences as the OR writes things down, don't attempt to fill them wuith chatter. Ask any questions you need, don't be afraid to ask questions. As Debtinfo says write notes before the interview and it is a good idea to make notes during the interview. Have your SoA with you to refer to. If you need a break tell the OR, they are usally pretty ok with it.
Above all don't waffle. If you have to make a big notice and put it in front of you.
All the best for tomorrow.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
