Does anyone know of an email address for Play.com? I ordered an item on 23rd July and its still showing as "Processing" so I want to know what the problem is as the itme is still showing as in stock. Can't find an email address for them anywhere on their site!

i cant find it either but i cant log in my account as i forgotten the password lol, but i would have thought you would have to log into your account, have you viewed the help desk??Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0

Have you tried calling them? 0845 800 1020 or alternatively 01534 877595 (thanks you saynoto0870dotcom!) I've always found them very helpful when I called

We have always phoned them and they have always been brillant, usually sort the problem out over the phone
