Pft Credit Card companies

I found an old credit card that I'd paid off 9 years ago and it was in credit, so I rang up to ask for the money back. Whilst on the phone I asked how much interest I had made, the girl on the other end completely ignored me. If Credit Cards can charge interest, then so should I be able to, back to them :rotfl:Could have made a small fortune.

Does it state that you will be able to accrue interest in your T&C's? No, didn't think so. So the "girl at the other end of the phone" did the comppletely right thing and not dignify your ridiculous request with a response. (9 Years, to finally get your credit back......, christ I dread to think what the rest of your finances are like!)

That's ok, they'll probably say you failed to collect your "loan" and it's now statute barred so you can't have you're money back! LOL Ironic, eh? haha

LOL I was joking. I knew they wouldn't, no harm asking though is it? and basically have you never found a £1 coin down the sofa or something that you had forgotten about months or years later?

duggie1982- yes that would be just my luck lol

Well what happened was that when I paid off the card I asked for it to be closed and apparently it wasn't as I had over-paid.
