Please Help???? (PPI Claim)

Options
I was declared bankrupt in 2004 and discharged in 2005. In 2002 I took out a loan which was included in the bankruptcy debt. I was contacted by a claims company earlier this year asking if I had taken any loans out in the last 6 years. I explained that I had and gave them all the details and told them about the bankruptcy and was advised that since I had been discharged, I could still claim.

I received a letter from the loan provider last month stating that I was entitled to £1,300.00 compensation but that this would be passed on to the third party company who bought the debt after my bankruptcy order was made.

I contacted the load provider to query this as I have been discharged now for over 3 years and thought I should at least get something for the amounts that I did actually pay to them over 2 years prior to the Bankruptcy order. They can't seem to make a decision whether to pay me or not and I don't know where I stand legally, can anyone help?
