    Today was Number 10 - I have exceeded my target by two days:j

    I only nipped out to the postbox -I am cooking from the freezer and the storecupboard (I have a jar of bolognese sauce - I didnt buy it as I make my own sauce, to use up and I got a bag of gnocchi out of the freezer which was greatly reduced in the supermarket) no spends for me:j

    Only managed 8 / 10 NSD's this month. Will have to try harder in September.:o
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
