not doing very well this month! You're not alone there Daffy! Scary how the days--& dosh--run away from you isn't it :opain having all our money together as i can't use 'he paid' as a NSD excuse!;) Again, you're not alone..cuz I haven't got an other half to pay anyways :p

C'mon Guys..Duck in Distress here^^^^:o Anyone got any tips to help us keep on the straight & oh-so-narrow?

On the bright side, I've managed a 50:50 split on spends vs nsd so far this month :rotfl:so I must be getting half of it right!
I managed to head off me muvva's heavy hints about going out yesterday so I'm up to the heady heights of No6 ..woo--blummin--hoo  It's not so much the amount of days I've had to spend, but more the money involved that's annoying me now  I've really got to find a method of forward planning that works for me, albeit menus for the week or making sure I've a new pair of tights in the drawer.

Well Done on your Target Rachel :j As you've got the hang of it, would you like an extension or just poodle along & wait to see what happens till the end of the month? Makes no odds to me either way...

I'm not doing very well this month either. I keep telling myself not to spend then find myself ignoring this thought and go shopping for 'bargains', hmmm....

Today I have decided I am going to leave my purse at home and do this again tomorrow and then not go shopping on Sat aiming for a NSD then. Don't usually spend on Sundays so hoping to get 4 in a row.

    Here I go for today

AIM - leave purse at home = don't spend any money!

    ACHIEVED - 0/4 so far

Back later today to report how I have done
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

    Hehe! Like it!

Can you maybe 'outfit plan' as well as meal plan?

Quite pleased with myself today! I've been to the shops and bought nothing (had to pay some money into the bank, that's why i was there!). looked at books and shoes and managed to resist! hehe!

Also, i've left hubby his last bit of 'pocket' money so if he wants anything today he can pay for it himself and not ruin my NSD total!

So today WILL be a NSD!!!!!!

(I might go back for the shoes tomorrow tho! hehe! In my defense they were work shoes, are a fiver and my current work shoes have split so I do need them! ;) )

Hi another NSD today so that's 6/8, hoping to go past target this month as i failed last month! Did spend £50 yesterday on a kids day out and have 6 pairs of kids shoes to buy at the wkend eek! so going to make a real effort for the rest of the month for more NSDs. Trouble is think my sons going to get bored of the park as we are there daily but thats the only free thing i can think of to do!Going to try to get a friend round to play with him tomorrow so thats free anyway!
