I could a minute ago but cannot move the pop-up which appears once I've chosen the nail polish, so have given up.

Keep trying hun. Initially I got the same message as you & many others too but I kept refreshing my screen a few times then it went back up again. Good luck!

Supermezzo, at that pop up window...look at the bottom right one of those purple boxes. Click Continue to nailsinc.com that should do the trick
