hardship / confirmed ? nat west

hi all , just received a letter this morning for my hardship claim of £4391 inclusive of interest .

i refer to recent corespondance . you request has been assessed & confirmed subject to regular token repayments as appropriate . this arrangement can continue ,if required until the result of oft & uk banks case is known .

you will receive a letter in the next couple of days detailing the amount of the charged refund due to you .

until the result of the case ect ect we can confirm that no further charges or interest will be applied to your account we will also need to discuss d/d standing orders you have also your £ 50 overdraft facility .please contact us in this regard

yours ect ect

so im not sure what the regular token repayments as appropriate ect means and could some one just clarify the meaning of this ,
yes i know i should probably just wait & see . has any one else received such notices
