ESA rate

Options
I am about to undergo the "TRIAL by DWP" - I have a medical in a few days to see if I am entitled to continue to claim ESA
Can someone please clear up a question ?
I am claiming £60.50 per week - according to what I understand - this increases to £89.50 per week - if I "pass" the medical
This is after 3 months
This is contribution based
Does this mean - No more doctors notes needed ?
