Tried to claim back payment taken from my sons Nationwide account, he was studying at college for 3 years, and this was made clearly to the society, and yet on both occassions they have requested that they fill a form in for his monthly incomings and outgoings, including mortgage and council tax.
He has started a new job, and will not get paid until the end of August
